Kerinda Ibbotson, Commercial Director - The ORIS Group
Kerinda Ibbotson has worked in retail for over 16 years. In 1996 she joined DIY giant B&Q where she held various management positions in Retail Operations, Finance and Commercial. During her career Kerinda has delivered a number of major shrinkage reduction projects for retailers including crime and incident reporting and shrinkage information systems, civil recovery, data mining for fraud and has implemented a comprehensive EAS source tagging program. Kerinda was also a founding member of the B&Q commercial team that implemented its successful home delivery service.
In early 2005 she joined the ORIS Group heading up Sales and Marketing. She is also an accredited Insights practitioner. Insights is a global learning and development organisation working in partnership with some of the most successful companies in the world providing a wide range of tools and services which act as a catalyst to help them achieve transformation at the individual, team and organisational level. Kerinda has already successfully delivered such change programmes into some of the UKs leading retailers.
