Andrew Wood, Managing Director, The ORIS Group
Andrew Wood has worked at all levels of Retail Operations for almost 30 years. Starting in stores with K Shoe Shops (now part of Clarks) and then BHS, he moved into Area Management and Head Office Retail Operations with Dorothy Perkins, part of The Burton Group. Andrew built his reputation in the group as someone who always took an analytical approach to maximising retail performance and he built his own software to do it.
When Andrew moved to The Arcadia Group’s Retail Operations team he was a key facilitator in bringing all 15 Arcadia brands together to work with a single set of management information with a single set of processes.
Andrew Wood now delivers these skills of designing systems and solutions for clients of the ORIS Group. He is the founder of The ORIS Group and its Managing Director.
